might be of interest to some

hello I am new to this part of the forum so I do hope this is in the right bit
basically I am working 18 hours and my partner not working (he is looking for work and has been since being made redundant) and he isn't claiming anything other than our tax credit claim
our working tax credits have stopped due to the new rule but i did get a letter out of the blue this morning saying we could apply for Healthy start vouchers as we have a child under 4
the criteria for these is
- claiming income support or job seekers or get child tax credits with an income of under £16000

I know this isn't much compared to what we have lost (from what i can see online healthy start is around £3.10 voucher a week) but it might a help to those struggling with the cut of WTC
