sky insurance - scam/help

Hi, apologies now if this is in the wrong place (never done this before!!)

My nan recently had a stroke and we are trying to sort her finances etc. we have recently discovered she has been "sold" 5 forms of sky tv insurance. :mad:

obviously she doesn't need all of these and they are taking money out of her bank monthly/quarterly etc.

What do we do?! Any advice would be fantastic please. Thank you

Do you know what each of them is for and the dates they were "sold" to her & how - eg.cold call, shop etc?

im pretty sure they were all over the phone, proabably cold calls - because they are quarterly payments it took us longer to spot them all

Cancel the direct debits & report them to Sky.Sky only have one recognised insurer,Sky Protect which is supplied by D&G;
