Parkex on Tomorrow and Weds at Olympia - Free Entry

For those of you who live or work in West London, Parkex is on at Olympia and it is free to get in. You don't have to be in the industry (I'm not) and they give away free stuff.
As it says in the publicity
"See it first at Parkex 2012: Many exhibitors use Parkex as the launchpad for their latest products and services - giving you an invaluable insight into the future of the industry."
Perhaps you could come along and meet your bete noirs in person.

That should read betes noirs. It may be free to get in but I am sure the drones will be out in force putting a charge notice on every car that hasn't got a secret parking permit attached.0

Is it on again this week? May be of great interest to our London members.
I posted about Parkex in 2009/2010:

I have never been there myself but I understand that in past, Roxburghe had a stand trumpeting their marvellous new site 'paymypcn.net'...omitting to say that these are not actually real PCNs.
Could be fun to have a spirited debate with a bete noir! Duane or Steve could be there again (see linked thread!).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

do you reckon they will stick notices on you if you stay longer than 5 mins on one stand? And that notice will ask for £150 even though it was a free event?

No they will hit you with an invoice on the way out for overstaying an arbitrary time limit.0

Joking aside, it should be compulsory for someone from the Government to attend (incognito and posing as a customer) so that they can understand the sort of people they are getting into bed with, thanks to the glossy presentations of the BPA.0

Time for a self-ticketing spree in the Olympia Car Park methinks!
I wonder how many of the f*ck*rs will pay up, given that they firmly believe these tickets are 100% enforceable?
Oh well, at least ppeterson won't be on here tomorrow.Je Suis Cecil.0 -
Don't be silly, Manx. None of them are deluded enough to think the tickets are enforceable- 500,000 non-payers a year proves that they are not.
What they want is for the VICTIMS to think that.0
