ESA joint claim £105 a fortnight instead of a week??? + questions

I applied for ESA on the 28th March and I called the claims helpline recently to ask when they were going to pay me, and they said it would be around Wednesday which is fine. But, what confused me is that when I asked if they had followed through with the claim as a joint one (What I requested in the signing up form) she said it was joint, but that I would get £105 a fortnight. Before ESA, I was getting £105 a WEEK on a joint JSA claim, which we were only just getting by on! I accidentally hung up the phone when I was asking her more about it so didn't get any more info than that. I've tried calling back 3 times today but it's been costing a fortune so I've hung up before I've got through.
Do you think she got her weeks and fortnights messed up? I sure hope so. We should be getting a letter soon about it, so I guess the specifics will be on there.

Also, I have a couple of questions...:
1. What address would I send my medical certificates to and do I send them as-is or with a letter or anything? I was only given 4 weeks by my doctor which I think seems mad due to the fact that my illness is a longstanding (mental) one and is not going to go away in an instant - So I want to avoid them stopping my claim soon because the cert I sent in was for a short period.
2. DWP have sent me documents with my first name and my mother's maiden surname on, and I notified our Jobcentre advisor of it a long time ago, she sent a copy of our marriage certificate off for my name to be changed on the system but still no change on some documents sent to me, so then I figured it might be my national insurance details, so I called up, and they were all current. Does anyone know what else I could do?

Thanks for the help, I greatly appreciate it!
