KGB Deals No No Hair Removal Device Offer Warning

Hi the KGB Deals No No Hair Removal Device Deal is very misleading and you may not realise what you are really purchsing!

The product is the classic modle and NOT the 8800 latest modle

1. Nowhere on the advertisement page does it state that you are purchasing the classic modle

2. When you click on the video link on the advertisement page to see a demonstration on how the product works it is the latest 8800 modle you see.

The classic moddle is an outdated modle and has been predasessed by the 8800 modle

The classic modle is not for use on you face and genital areas where the 8800 modle is.

This post is just to make people like myself really aware of what you are actually purchasing

Just for anyone still tempted, this model gets 2/5 stars on Amazon reviews, the 8800 gets 1.5 stars.

Probably worth saving your cash ;-)

All that advertisement is surely just to get the sales in and then kerching. Cause you paid more for the 8800 but got the classic, which costs less to produce!

Very slightly off original topic but if anyone is reading this, don't bother with the new one. I bought the newest model but it's absolutely useless (and I am relatively blessed in the lack of body hair department - sorry, TMI I know!).

However, as I did purchase direct at the time they had a 60 day money back guarantee so I tried this (not sure if still current) - and it worked. I did have to pay about £7 for special delivery to return but got a refund on the two payments (less P&P) I had made within about 10 days so very satisfied with this aspect. You just ring for a returns number, no hard sell to make you keep it and send it back.

The reviews on qvc for it are pretty rubbish too.
If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you always got!
  • KGB are the worst deals website out there. Regarding their nono product which was advertised with the incorrect image, I have been told it it unlikely I will get a refund as I opened it to see if the correct product was in the box (though I have not used it!). Now im stuck with a product that I didnt even want. Any ideas how I can take this further?
  • Hi, I bought this deal and received the classic No No too. I bought it thinking it could be used on the face as well as legs, etc. In the ads it showed this. I tried to No No on my legs but it doesn't seem to make much of a difference and really smells of burn. Plus it actually dried out my skin. Not sure if there's anything I can do or whether I'm stuck with this product.
  • I recently purchased the No No hair removal. I received the product but realised it was the old model so sent it back to Premium Brands for Less only to be told that the seal on the box had been broken and they would not issue a refund. I never opened the box and when they resent it back to me, the seal was indeed broken. I feel they cheated me into now having to keep a product I don't want. I agree that it was misleading and nowhere mentioned what model it was. I've tried contacting both KGB and Premium Brands for less with no success as neither have a phone number. I've sent 4 emails to each company with no reply. I will never use KGB again, stick to Groupon they have a better customer service.
