Opening/closing date & time:

· Competition opens for entries via PRTS, SMS and online as stated on ‘Loose Women’ (the “programme”).

· Competition closes for entries via PRTS and SMS at 11.00 a.m. as stated in the programme.

· Competition closes for entries online via the www.itv.com website no less than 3 working days after the programme.

Competition draw date:
Within 48 hours of the closing date and time for all entries.

Method & cost of entry:

· PRTS Phone - call 09012 931 941 and follow instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the competition a third time without additional charge. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries per phone number limit. The entrant’s third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.03 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.

· SMS text – send a SMS text to 63303 with A, B or C to indicate your answer to the question; up to 6 entries per phone number. Each SMS text entry costs £1.00 plus one standard network rate message.

· Online – go to www.itv.com and follow the instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number provided.

Prize:
The prize is:

· a cheque for £10,000 (ten thousand pounds) made payable in the name of the winner only; and

· a seven (7) night holiday for the winner and up to five (5) companions to the Casa Ferrel villa near Lagos, Algarve, Portugal. The holiday is on a self-catering basisand includes:

o return flights to Faro from the UK mainland airport nearest to the winner’s home which offers direct flights to Faro;

o return ground transfers between the winner’s UK mainland address and the UK airport. If the winner is not a UK mainland resident, then a cheque for £300 (three hundred pounds) made payable in the name of the winner only will be provided instead of the ground transfers;

o return ground transfers between Faro airport and the villa;

o car hire of a 7-seat car which will be delivered to and collected from the villa. To take up the car hire, the winner or one of the winner’s companion who is the driver must be aged 25 years old or over. The car hire only includes one driver but the winner may choose to add extra drivers at a cost of 20 Euros per driver. The driver must hold a current full clean driver’s licence for a minimum of one (1) year. There is no security deposit but the winner or one of their companions must leave valid credit card details to cover any fuel costs. The car includes fully comprehensive insurance, unlimited mileage, collision damage waiver, theft protection and local taxes but excludes fuel. The car must be returned to the villa at the end of the holiday with the same amount of fuel as on delivery. If the winner or their companions cannot take up the car hire for any reason then the prize provider will provide the winner with 300 Euros instead of the car hire.

o The holiday is subject to availability and must be booked and taken up by no later than 31 October 2013. The winner and their companions must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to Portugal. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organize and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party; (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the prize provider. Where any of the winner’s companions are aged under 18 years old, they must have prior parental or guardian permission and must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over when taking up the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

o The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, travel insurance, personal expenses, and visas.
