Eon electricity monitors - how long before they arrive

Back in February I rang Eon to change my plan which was coming to it's end and the chap promised he would order me a electricity monitor as he can see that we had been a customer of theirs for a long time. (Never had any problems, always very friendly customer service etc)

Does anyone know how long they take before they actually arrive?

The call was on the 17th of Feb.

    Dunno about EON, British Gas took around a month to delivery mine on the EnergySmart plan.

    Really sorry, but we've ran out of the monitors.

    This happened this February and the likelihood is your request has been affected given the date of your call.

    To be honest, going forward, not sure what's happening at the moment as we're waiting a decision from upon high.
