Excellent! I have about 30 carrots here and not a clue what to do with them lol....there is only me and a 4 year old to eat them too! Will check that out...thanks!0

I think carrot ice-cream would probably be quite nice due to the natural sweetness of the carrots. Carrot cake sounds weird but is really delish.
