I won tickets for the gadget show too (from the Independent)...mine arrived yesterday!!! (about 3 weeks too late!)
Wouldn't have thought it was worth contacting them previously...but now I have read this thread ..I guess I have nothing to lose, by sending them an email
Really disappointing though - as like others I genuinely wanted to go to this :-(
I have kept the handwritten envelope they came in - because initially I thought it might be worth submitting a claim to Royal Mail...but looks like they use TNT. I cant see when they were actually posted

I returned mine the day I received them but never heard back so I emailed them and had no response either.
I was so gutted as our friends were going and we would have loved to have gone with them.
It's so much worse to have found out too late that you were a winner than to have not won at all
