Help !! Excel for Idiots..................

Hi.
I've got a job interview next week and I [STRIKE]lied[/STRIKE] sort of glossed over my lack of knowlede in regard to spread sheets & basically I know nowt about them and now need to learn the basics very quickly.

I do know that there is going to be a test at the interview and I know that I can for fill the rest of the role with my eyes closed, so I'd really like not to fail at the first hurdle.

I'd probably be Ok with something aimed at Junior school aged kids,so do feel free to talk to me like I'm 7

If anybody can help or point me in the right direction I'd be eternally grateful :)
