My Tesco CC bill arrived today. There is a notice of variation with it. It calls attention to an increase in default charges, now £20 (I think it was £15 before). It also says 'We have made provision, as part of any future special offers, the charging of a transaction fee.'

Tesco is issued by Royal Bank of Scotland group. You may recall that MINT [also RBS] recently introduced BT fees for the first time. These notices of variation seem to be coming out now in order to standardise all the different branded cards offered by the same group [eg MBNA].....under construction.... COVID is a [discontinued] scam0
