Just seen this on the BBC. Appears person was sent an 'uprated' card with no new T&Cs so debt is unenforceable.

Won't be long before companies start calling saying for a fee we can make your debt unenforceable.
These sort of things make my blood boil; you didn't have to spend the money because you got the card. People need to take responsibility and not blame others all the time0 -
Or even store cards going bye bye, even better as consumers will have to saveDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
