Just seen this on the BBC. Appears person was sent an 'uprated' card with no new T&Cs so debt is unenforceable.

    Won't be long before companies start calling saying for a fee we can make your debt unenforceable.

    These sort of things make my blood boil; you didn't have to spend the money because you got the card. People need to take responsibility and not blame others all the time

    Or even store cards going bye bye, even better as consumers will have to save
    Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
