Can't list an ebay - anyone else having problems with new listing thingy??

I am trying to list an item on ebay and noticed that the whole listing thing has changed. I filled out the whole thing, uploaded my photo and pressed 'submit' and nothing happens. I have tried it a couple of times and nothing happens. Anyone else having this problem?

Yes yes yes!! It's really annoying isn't it! I thought it was just me. I tried quite a few times and in the end found the only way to get it to work was if I used the ebay stock photo rather than my own. My item didn't sell in the end which I'm hoping wasn't because I didn't have my own picture. I was quite miffed that my item didn't sell as a couple of weeks before they had been selling for at least £8 more than I had been asking for it. I just don't understand.

I can't list at work as when I try and load a pic it just bounces me to the home page. (having said that I normally use Auctiva anyway which gets you round the problem if nothing else will)
Maybe the new ebay way of listing has changed something to do with how the cookies work or something.
I'm not technical enough to understand it really. It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.
Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.0 -
Hi,
I'm no expert, but I had the same problem for a day or two. I finally got round it by using a different web browser. I think it's some kind of Java problem.
Originally, I was using the Opera browser on my Macbook. When I tried to do exactly the same listing using a recently downloaded version of Firefox, it went through straight away.
I just tried it again, and sure enough the List Now button doesn't work in Opera but does in Firefox.
Hope this helps.0
