I had a pair of tickets on sale with buy it now, they were purchased however the buyer has now pulled out and said he doesn't want them anymore.
Can I chase him for the fees or should I just accept it and relist ?

you can file an Unpaid Item dispute to get your fees back

Wait a week and do an upaid item dispute. After another week you will get your fees back.
Do not do a "mutually agreed to..." dispute.
If a buyer decides to "buy it now" and click all the buttons that go with it they they should not get away with an "oh sorry I've changed my mind". They should get and unpaid item strike.0 -
I think sometimes **(I honestly don't know for fact)** that say for example it's for concert tickets or football tickets and there's a massive fan base, that sometimes the auctions are kind of wrecked by people with no feedback scores as a sort of "revenge". For example I was looking at Take That tickets this morning and noticed there was a bid for 2 tickets at £2000. I'm pretty sure that's probably a wrecked auction as the bidder has no feed-back. It's a shame if you're genuinely selling spare tickets and not touting per se.0

When I use BIN i always make sure I use immediate payment. It sooooo takes the strain away from these so called tout vigilantes and so called fraud bidders. I use it for all items now.You cant take the trousers off an elephant!0
