I've never posted a link before but I refer to post No715 on the I Wanna Lose Weight 10 thread and wish to nominate Suggs for the Post of The Month (March '07) award. He has managed to lose 113lbs to date and when you read his story of how he has persevered over the last year to keep his resolve through some very trying times and whilst giving support to others on the thread, you will understand why. I, like a lot of others on that thread, am successfully losing weight and saving money into the bargain by doing things my own way, the support is always there but Suggs's post was truly inspiring and there is no way I will fall by the wayside now.

I'd like to nominate Strepsy on Competitions board for the hard work she put into to getting/ and keeping going the PUZZLER MAGS Thread. This took a lot of hard work and time.
There have been a lot of MSE winners of cash etc from these sites
