Simply (NOT) Switch to Sainsbury's Energy

I used Simply Switch to switch to the Sainsbury's Energy tariff on 27th February. It occurred to me just before Easter that I hadn't heard anything since their email, so I chased it up. It would appear that Sainsbury's Energy did not receive, or did not act upon the order. So NOTHING HAPPENED! Has anyone else had a similar problem with either Sainsbury's Energy or Simply Switch?

I have used Simply Switch before and found their service most efficient :)
I even got my £40 cashback too (although it did require a gentle email reminder to them)

However, back to your issues. If you have the email from simply switch it should say "We are pleased to inform you that your application has been successfully completed."
If so, then they did what they said they would.

I've not used Sainsburys Energy, but that is just rebranded British Gas ... and I know you've used British Gas in the past.
