But you wouldn't need a stat dec in county court would you? If he has had judgment against him in a county court already, but was unaware, surely you would just apply for the judgement to be set aside?
I guess my question really is, is it county, or magistrates the OP is dealing with, and what was the disagreement - i.e. was it a monetary claim etc."We can all fly as high as the dreams we dare to live...........unless we are a chicken" ~ Anon.0
