Hi
Me and my boyfriend have found a property that we would like to rent through the letting agency reeds rains. Has any one had any bad experience with renting through them before?

    I was interested in buying through them, but I gave it up as a bad idea. I found them impossible to deal with, I'm afraid.

    Someone may have had a good experience when renting through them. Why not ask that too?

    We rent our property through them, and apart from the 3 monthly home checks (that last about 2 minutes), which i feel are pointless, i understand the reason for them, but for long term renters, who pay on time, and keep property in excellent condition, then i think it should be 6-12 monthly. They are ok to deal with, we have not had a problem with them, been in this property almost 3 years now.
