I just won a case against cover box pay as you go insurance in Stockport court which i filed through money claim on line site.
Cover box fooled millions of customers with a new formulae when settling the bill. Initially they give rate per mile and when we ask end of insurance for final bill they will not give refund and comprehensive policy like that or will use other formulae which is not in terms and conditions. First I went to financial Ombudsmen service, and frankly they are use less and will support cover box. So when I went for money claim on line and at last it end up in Stockport court and even I had no solicitors, Interestingly even cover box not even come to court and they lost it. So anybody got cover box insurance previously or currently requesting to ask for refund as per the rate per mile in terms and conditions.
