Thanks for your replies. Sorry its taken a while to reply- been looking at new housing developments which do px! Not found any we like though.
We have thought about Housenetwork to keep on Rightmove and they are cheaper and if we drop the price again every pound counts.
If we drop the price again then we will have to be really aggressive on price on our next property-how aggressive is acceptable though? Is 15% acceptable?0 -
