Car Leasing agreement

Hi David
Sorry I think I have been a bit thick .... It is a PCP I think with Audi, not a lease as such ... does this make a difference???0 -
A PCP is not a Lease it is a form of HP finance, just with an element of defered payment. First you need to get a settlement figure from Audi finance (call them they will give it to you over the phone provided the finance is in your name),That will give a indication of what you need to do. I reckon the car might be worth about £14-£15K, I assume it is the 2.0T Quattro Sport, is it the 3 door or 5 door and what extras does it have? How much did you pay including the options? If you have paid £600 . month for 12 months, which seems very high to me, you will have probably paid aroung £4-£5K off the finance and with you £2K deposit you will probably have a a couple of thousand to pay off yourself as David has said.0

Thanks Peter
I will call Audi and get the figure..
The car is the 2.0T Quattro s-line , Pearlescent Black, 3 dr, half leather seats, lumber support, BOSE upgrade to stereo
Does the spec make a difference ??0 -
so the bottom line is I find around 2K and i can offload the £600 a month burden??0
-
Spec will not make a huge difference to value it will just make it sell quicker (or not!) Your spec looks reasonable good and the S-Line spec is the one I would go for. Get the settelment figure, but I reckon you could only have to find a couple of thousand. Call the garage where you brought it and ask them if they will buy it back from you. At least that will give you a value to beat.0
