Where can I get really large panoramic posters XXL from my own pictures?

I took some landscape photographs and have stitched them together into panoramic pictures. I would like to get large panoramic prints from these photographs. Where can you print panoramic posters?

    One option

Depending on width and your printer, check if it will print in a long length from a roll

Printing-1 is known for it’s wide range of print formats, such as digital formats up to 200x150 cm and panoramic poster prints of up to 600x150 cm on strong paper.

Remember you need the highest resolution possible and for the love of god, make sure the camera is using RAW or another uncompressed file format to save the image because once you start blowing it up to the sizes mentioned, normal JPGs look horrific.

Wife does sign making and when people send her 100k jpgs they want blowing up to 6ft signs, she refuses to do it.

Need to be more specific on size, as XXL may be A0 to yourself, but to other it could be as stated above, 600x150 cm, huge difference.

firstly one of the best bits of software to join photos together is called PTGUI. for a high res photo. The photos should overlap and I prefer the overlap side to size and top to bottom to be 30%. There once was a free demo of this software available.

The next stage is to convert this to a large piece of paper of which there are a few packages out there.

Have you heard or RASTABAITOR - it is free and may just do what you need even without using PTGUI
  • Why not try posterxxl? ;)

For example FotoInsight offers poster prints in really big XXL sizes like 150x225 cm or panoramic prints up to a very large 1m x 3m poster.
