Need help with ppi claims

Just thought id let you all know incase it helps my husband is claiming ppi from royal bank of scotland they have made an offer but on advice from the ombudsman who said to my husband he is entitled to it all back since 1996 they are now re-looking at it in fact the ombudsman sent out a form to us to fill in and is dealing with it now direct with royal bank we only made one phone call to the ombudsman for advice and they took over so there is light at the end of the tunnel will keep you updated good luck everone...
