Full sugar Coke and tin foil.
I kid you not, honestly and truthfully, no laughing.
Watch the little patches of rust evaporate before your eyes, be prepared with a watering can and water to wash it down after or it get sticky.
Its a cheaper option that Mer.0 -
Is it a chrome type end pipe you mean?if so a brilo pad will also do the job,you can clean chrome bumpers with it too, although i am showing my age now as most bumpers are plastic these days!!!

It`s a motorbike, so no bumpers. I`ve been using pan scrubbers and autosol. Works, but very slow. Will try Brillos and the coke thing.0

better stick with the autosol or duraglit for chrome its worth it in the end. brillos & scotch pads will scratch the chrome and cause more damage0

My husband has had bikes for years, used to have a Suzuki with four pipes!!!,so yes in your case i would use a specialised cleaner.I still say brillo pads are ok for small areas though and i have never had any trouble with damaged chrome in the last 25 years.suffolkb wrote:It`s a motorbike, so no bumpers.
