Express Estate Agency *real* opening hours

Anyone know the real opening hours of express estate agency? All I get from them is that they are open 24 hours, but questions left on a Saturday afternoon don't get answered until after 9am on a Monday. Same goes for viewing requests (they screwed up here and asked me when I would like to view, despite me giving them all that information over the weekend).

So I'm guessing its 9am - 5:30pm Mon-Fri and 9am - 1pm on Saturday, but thats going from guesswork.

I've never heard of Express agency, is it a web based company?

Most of the ea's in my area are open 9am-6/7pm Monday-Saturday & 10am-4pm on Sunday and Bank holidays.
The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.

Perhaps they doing booked viewings in the afternoons.

Most property is viewable on Rightmove. So not as if you have to go in to the office.

Be careful. Certain companies do not like their business practices being discussed on this forum, and vigorously intervene to remove any comments they do not like.
