Received mine today, arrived in bubble envelope with 1st class large stamp on it
earrings are loose in a green velvety pouch, they are bigger than I expected and there's no receipt, no signs of them being actual swarovski and also there's no hallmarks at all.
These were supposed to be a gift but theres no way its happening, very disappointed

    mummy to 3 monsters!
trying to money save, but spot too many bargains on here!!
  • My set arrived today too. Like sm00chie, I was surprised how big they were. I had taken the packet to a window to open as I wanted to see the sparkle of the Swarovski in good light, but the crystal was quite dull and I'm starting to doubt they are real Swarovski.

I have to admit, I'm disappointed.

Mine arrived today. Most disappointed with them. I wanted them for a present for a friend but no way can I give her these, no hallmark and nothing to suggest they are acutally swarovski at all.

I received a random email from Jewellery Select today which had a 'Certificate of Authenticity' for the earrings !??!

Not sure what to make of this, as I would have thought any certificate would have came printed with the product.

    Anyone else get this email?

Just checked my email and I've received that very same message?! I agree, the certificate shouldve been sent with the earrings but tbh I don't think it would've made a difference to how I feel about the quality, one of the stones in one earring has come a little loose, when I shake it with the butterfly off I can hear it rattling.
