    £5.99 now but still a £1 cheaper!!
    I love this site and all chums, but its making a dent in my bank account!!!

    Have lots of things I want, but dont necessarily need... Must DO BETTER!!! :A

    I'm getting kinda annoyed about the wait especially as there was a £5.99 charge for something which is going to weigh virtually nothing.

  • I have been in touch via email and they have responded with the following messages:

    "Dear Valued Customer

    Thank you for your recent communication regarding your outstanding order of Swarovski Solitaire Earrings.

    We are packing and shipping items daily but due to high sales volumes we are experiencing some delays. We will endeavour to ship all items within 7 working day, please accept our apologies for the delay but we trust you will be delighted with your purchase, once received.

    Should you require any further information, our Customer Services Team can be contacted via telephone between 9.30am - 2.00pm (Mon-Fri) on 02920 009465 or alternatively via our Live Chat which is available 24/7.

    Thank you for your purchase"

    and yesterday I received the following:

    "We apologise for the delay in delivery, we are dispatching all earrings end of this week, you will receive them by next week. we will send you an email on the day of dispatch."

    So it looks like they have maybe been overwhelmed with orders, but we all should receive our orders next week.
  • Finally received a dispatch email today, so hopefully everyone will be receiving their items soon.

    I hope they are worth the wait .......
