IVA Failed - You Can Reaply?

Hi

Newbie here. My IVA has failed due to me missing payments. I dont know what / if any my options now are. I was a few years into my arrangement when it failed.

Can you reaply and start over or is my only way out bankruptcy?

Any help would be great

Thanks

Hi. Yes, you can reapply, but you will have to explain the previous failure and convince the creditors you are in it for the long haul this time.

Might I ask why it failed last time ?
  • Hi as Foggy said you can propose another IVA after one has failed.

Can you afford to pay if your IVA failed due to non payment?
