Uninstalling/ Formatting XP from Win 7?

Hi, I installed Win XP pro using VMware player on my Win7 (Home Premium) laptop some time ago. I would now like to uninstall it but can't figure out how. Obviously uninstalling the VMware Player will still leave the XP.

Start VMWare, right-click the virtual machine and select "Delete VM from Disk".

Thanks fwor, I will have a look at that. I was searching the help index for uninstall ..not delete and... couldn't understand why I wasn't finding it..duh!0
