quote for path & small wall

have been given quote for path & small wall along side house/garden, not sure of pricing for this so would appreciate opinions!

details are: length of path - 8 metres, 1 metre wide
brick wall - 4 metres 15" high

path will be patio slabs

have been quoted £200 to do this by builder who is doing a small extension at the moment, path will go along side of extension and then a bit into garden . price includes materials, cost of hiring a compactor (+doing whatever technical bits involved!)

seems to cheap to me, what type of slabs? and for digging out and type1 base and laying slabs and foundation of wall and bricks ..... to cheap if all in .. id say £200 for labour only.is the wall single skin or 1 brick wall. remember whats on top is only as good as the base underneath.
