  • We turned goodie bags into a game for my friends wedding...

We got loads of paper bags, all the same (free from a store that no longer used the design) and asked everyone to put in two items from their handbag and fold over the top of the bag.

We then went away and later on when everyone had a few drinks inside them (but still early enough to be an ice-breaker) we went through them one at a time and the guests had to guess which bag belonged to who....by this time they all had a dare card and also a badge for each person along the lines of Bride to be, Chief Bridesmaid (helps if you keep these two separate so you know which one to put the badges in!), Chief Flirt, Chief Wannabe etc etc, these can easily be made up for very little cost. Also we got out hands on anything ridiculous to wear that we could - knickers with writing on the back to be worn over the trousers, a jockstrap, you name it we had it - and they were all worn!

Turned out to be a total scream and I have just been looking through the pics at what a great, fun (and totally outrageous) night it was!!!
