Snagging communal areas - please help!

Our builder George Wimpey has not finished the communal areas of our block to a good standard
(Unfinished plasterwork, painting and fencing, broken fittings, unlevel parking bays etc. etc, a long list)
Confronted with our list the builder has completed a few easy jobs, but the left has been left untouched. Head Office have apparently confirmed it is up to standard. They will be leaving site in about 6 weeks and we're all concerned the jobs will never be done.
NHBC only seem to look at whether the build is habitable.
Can anybody please recommend how we can take this further. eg. I'd like to publish some photos of the poor finish on a free website to shame the builder but don't know where to start.
We'd appreciate any suggestions if you've been in the same situation.
Many thanks

You didn't mention whether you're buying the property or already live there.
If you're buying it and haven't exchanged contracts then simply don't go any further with the purchase until they've completed the snagging.
I'm not sure I'm the best person to advise you if you already live there, however, apart from calling the number that nell_p posted - and maybe asking your local citizens advice or your solicitor. Do you have a residents association set up? If so, that would be a good avenue to explore.0
