Citroen C2 VTS Heat Shield question.

The heat shield above the catalytic converter is rattling about on my C2 VTS. When I took the car to a regular garage, the mechanic said the heat shield wasn’t corroded and the clip/nuts/washers had just come free, but they are a Citroen part and he didn’t have any. So if I went to Citroen and got the parts he’d do it.

From what I could see a piece of steel comes down from the car chassis which looks like a bolt, however I don’t think it has any threads on it. The nut/washer clips onto this somehow holding the shield in place. I’m not sure a regular repair washer will do.

Does anyone know were I can find any of these nuts/washers I need six?

Local Citroen dealer has been promising me them for more than a week and somehow managed to order some manifold bolts instead.

Thanks.
