Microsoft Word 2007 problem

Hi all

Got an annoying problem on MS word 2007, i have been doing numbered bullet points and one of them has gone out of line and i cant bring it back, it happens every time i go from 5.9 to 5.10 it looks a bit like this

5.9 Health
5.9.1 etc
5.9.2 etc

5.10
Safety
5.10.1 etc
5.10.2 etc

what ever i try i cannot get the (in this example) safety to be inline with health (the dashes are not there on my document but couldnt think of another way to show the spacing)

Anyone got any ideas?

Adjust your tabs for the whole numbered section.
Bet you've got one just after the 5.9 (followed by Health) and the 5.10 is just a bit wider than that, so it indents to the next default tab position.

if you go up into the 'define list style' can you re-do the settings -
    so you'll have :
    indent: Left: 0 cm, Hanging: 0.63 cm, Outline numbered + Level: 1 + Numbering Style: 1, 2, 3, … + Start at: 1 + Alignment: Left + Aligned at: 0 cm + Indent at: 0.63 cm, Priority: 100

    or similar?
I usually set tabs to be at .50 and then .75 cm just because it's easier to remember.

    hope that helps.
