Just wanted to let fellow MSE-ers know of my good experience with Europc. I only purchased a TV wall-mounting bracket, so obviously not a major or particularly risky purchase, but I was impressed by the online price, phoned beforehand to check stock and spoke to a really helpful scottish lady, ordered online expecting (free) delivery "in 7-14 days" and the product arrived at my door via City Link, a day and a half later! Very impressed indeed.

I'd happily agree with the OP.
My current PC is a refurb Acer supplied by Europc and I've had no problems with it. At the same time I bought a refurb monitor, which when I got it home was found to have a problem. It was collected and a replacement delivered the very next day, however the replacement was a different type and not what I wanted. Another phone call and a request for a refund, and as I'm localish I took it back the next day and got an immediate refund.David.0
