ppi from Yorkshire Bank.....

I have tried to get ppi back via Key Finacial Claims for loans that I took out with Yorkshire Bank over ten years ago.
However, Yorkshire Bank are saying that they have no record of my loans and therefore I cannot claim.
I have been successful with a Claim from the Halifax from back in the 90's, so why can Yorkshire Bank not help?
Is there anything I can do to persue this further???

If nobody has any record of the loan, let alone a PPI contract then you have no chance of demostrating a missale.0
