Help contacting Skycard?

Hi,

I have a SAR written up but am having problems confirming where I need to send this to for skycard can anyone help possibly someone who has recently reclaimed from them? I called barclaycard and they gave me a number i already had 0844 556 0080 which is a dead line then they redirect me to skyuser.co.uk which also gives a dead line 0844 811 9111, I contact sky they refer me to barclaycard!!

Really would appreciated (especially if someone has had recent correspondence with the) if you could help!

I didn't think the Sky credit card existed any more, mine was replaced by a Barclaycard in 2009. If Barclaycard are directing you to Sky then I would suggest using the Sky Head Office address:

hey,

It doesn't exist but My SAR is for 2005 when it did, i need to know where the details are held as such. Barclaycard tried to find someone at "Skycard" not sky as such and sky tell me it's barclaycard. Skycard was always barclaycard before the switch so I would assume barclaycard hold the details i'm just not 100% sure or 100% sure where to write to. I have a old Address

Sky Card Customer Services, PO Box 6476, Northampton, NN4 1ZN

But I'm doubtful this is still there as all the contact numbers for this address no longer work, if anyone would know if I post to this address would the letter get re-directed to the correct place?

An address in Northampton is likely to be Barclaycard anyway. You are probably right that Barclaycard have the data, so perhaps you should just right to their head office - a quick search hasn't revealed an address for head office, but I did find this:
