Dimplex Wall Mounted electric heaters

Anyone know how good they are and if they use a lot of electricity ?
I have a radiator at the end of the house which is the end of the pipe run and does'nt work hardly due to incompent plumbers/gas fitters when I had my CHS installed.
Rather than lifting floors and upgrading pipe size,I thought this would be a better solution.
Anyone have experience of these or could recommend something better ?

How about this to make best use of the heat rather than going down the expensive electric route...

Electric heaters use whatever they are rated at. So a 1kW heater will use 1kWh per hour and a 2kW heater twice as much, if running full on all the time. They are all exactly the same efficiency (100%) whether they cost £500, or a tenner from Lidl.
Standard rate electricity is approx 3.5 times more than gas per kWh, so by far the more expensive way of heating. No free lunch, and no free laptop

Apologies if you have already considered this but have you properly balanced the system?
What is the radiator rating, and the pipe size and length? Is the pump rating/setting adequate for the system?0
