Parking Fine - Vehicle Control Services

I know this issue has been raised many a time, and i am going to ignore the demand but thought i'd just see if anyone has any advice first.

I have moved into a new flat which has secure parking which you require a permit to use. My wife has the allocated spot which we were given but i have been parking in a bay which i know no-one uses (as it's right outside my livingroom window). This morning i received a ticket on the windscreen for the usual £80.

My only concern is the concierge will probably give them my details if they ask him, am i right to still ignore the demands when they start coming or are they justified in doing it in this circumstances?

Mike

  • Also forot to say, security gate at entrance is supposed to be closed at all times but is broken and has been left open for the past 2 weeks, don't know if this affects anything.
