Self assembly sofas

Having fitted a new gate and fencing I now find that I can't get my large sofa out of the garden! Doh....So will saw that up in situ .
Now for a new sofa - I have been looking at Nabru and Intosofa self assembly sofas. Just wondered if anyone has ever bought a self assembly sofa and how easy it was or indeed if you have used these firms.

You're not limited to self-assembly sofas if you have access issues. We got the recliner sofa below and it came in six parts (three seats, three backs). The delivery guys assembled it in our lounge. So, unless you particularly like any of the self-assembly ones you've seen, might be worth visiting furniture shops and asking which sofas come in pieces.

Agreed.I used to have a lush good sized corner suite and it came in pieces that came in easily.Granted I have no access issues,but even if I did it wouldn't have made any difference They come in a few pieces with clips on the ends to slot them together.

I have an awesome NABRU chase sofa (3 seater chase) It is very easy to put together, the peices all slot together without a need for any screws. the hardest part was pulling the fabric over the arms of the sofa.

the equivalent store sofa was double the price and would been a !!!!! to drag up 3 flights of stairs. only had it a year but no signs of wear yet, infact the seats have gotten more comfortable!
