    So just had a quick scan of the BPA code of practice:

    B10.3 Parking charges must be fair, reasonable and not
    disproportionately high. We may ask you to show us
    evidence to support the level of your parking charges.

    So asking for £100 or £75 is 'reasonable' and 'fair'? Umm, no. IF i paid up on their first letter, that letter would cost £97.50 (minus the £2.50 DVLA charge to get my details).

  • I had one of these from the same place, after looking on here I decided to ignore, that was about 18 months ago, they can go swivel.
    I had actually paid and wasn't late but when my son put the ticket in the car he just put it on the seat bless him lol
