insulate inside of summerhouse

Ok i have sorted out what paint to use on my summerhouse,
but has anyone painted the inside? used the same paint as the out side?
or have they insulated the inside? and if so what did they use to insulate it with?

Can you see the studs on the inside? (in other words the framework).
If so, get some insulation boards the same thickness & cut to size so they fill the voids.
Then get thin plywood or even mdf, and nail over the top into the studs. Mdf will paint especially well, and the insulation will make it much cozier.
The boards are sold under various trade names, eg kingspan, . Here's the type of thing:

Would you varnish the inside first, just so it has some sort of coating? before doing the work.0
