Who has given you a parking ticket ?
Where does it ask you to send the payment to ?
Please provide as much detail as you can about the ticket itself.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
If its a council ticket, having the wrong colour isn't a fatal flaw, so the chances of an appeal are slim, although I have got-off on an informal challenge once when they had the colour so obviously wrong that I had to write-in to ask if they actually had the right vehicle, so it may be worth a go.
If its a private invoice however, having the colour wrong does not affect its general unenforcability one bit!

If it's a council, there are other avenues to explore as well, such as the wording on the ticket and the signs and lines at the place where the alleged contravention took place.0
