M+S Home and Contents Insurance

Hi. Anybody have any dealings with M+S home and contents insurance. Have done a quote and I get a really good price .A lot less than the one I've got at the moment with my mortage provider. It does seem to be like for like . Just wondered what their customer services were like and if they were OK about paying up (Hopefully I will never have to find out)

We were with them for several years. We claimed for loss of food when our freezer broke down while we were away on holiday. It was all handled very quickly without problems.0
