lost sd card from tom tom one sat nav

Hi all
I have lost the sd card from my sat nav one, which I bought from a relative, is there any way I can redownload the maps onto a new sd card
been to the relative but they say they cant work out how to do it?
does anyone know if i can do it preferably for free but if not how i can do it anyway
need to be up and running again by sunday

This is just TomTom Home. Unless the OP is still within his warranty period, then OP will need to pay for map.0 -
i can see where i do this and have installed tomtom home but my device wont connect ihave checked on forums but cant follow the technical advice

Make sure the TomTom is on and that hard wired to teh PC with the USB cable. Then run TomTom Home and it should pick it up.0

Is it in a cradle which is connected by USB to the computer?
If so, and you switch it on, does it ask if you want to connect to the computer?
If so, does it say no device connected in the bottom right of tomtom home
If yes, does that change after a minute then start looking for updates, say mapshare, then does it say to log in?0 -
My Tom Tom One which didn't come with a SD card I added one as the original size was too small for POI's still had the original data on the Tom Tom and I could copy it across. The Tom Tom when added to a PC comes up as a extra drive, you don't need to add Tom Tom Home.
