Tax Credits Suspended!

Hello, I wondered if anyone has been in a similar situation? We moved house 5 months ago and informed tax credits as soon as we had the new keys, absolutely no problem, payments were on schedule every time. Until last week! Our tax credits have been suspended because apparently we no longer live at our old address. I called them yesterday to query why we hadn't been paid, they had our current address on file and said that they had lifted the suspension as it must have been a clerical error, I was told I would receive my normal tax credits today. Guess what?? No payment again. I called the tax credits helpline again and was told that the payments had been released and we would be paid what we were owed and to just keep checking the bank account, however they can't give me a time scale of when to expect the payment. With it being the easter hols, both children are in childcare so my husband and I can both work. We have had to pay out £400 for the childcare which has left us with £9 to our name and direct debits going out tomorrow. Has anyone else been in this situation? How long did it take for the payments to come through? I've no idea how we are going to pay for school lunches next week if we don't have the money by Monday morning and neither of us can afford to take time off work, (plus the kids are dying to go back to school!) We have absolutely no one who we can borrow money from to see us through! I called the helpline again and asked if we could go to their office to collect a payment as it had already been released but was told that this is not possible, just to keep checking the account but again no timescale given. Please help!!

Thats what I was hoping but was told yesterday that they would be in today and now being told that they can't give me a timescale. I don't understand why I have been told 2 different things, starting to get ahead of myself and panic!!:(0
