We are in the middle of appealing ESA as hubby failed his medical back in feb, we currently owe social fund budgeting loan and im wondering if they will still deduct our weekly repayment out of our money?, they were taking £27 per week, if they still take this every week how can we survive on £85 per week?

It is always worth contacting the Social Fund and saying you can't survive with that much being taken from your payments and ask nicely if they can reduce the amount. It does not matter that you signed anything saying you agreed to that amount. Just say you did not realise what effect it would have at the time...
It has worked for me in the past."The best things in life are free"
