P45?

Ive tried for about 2 hours to ring DWP about this matter but all I get is either the engaged tone or a robot telling me my call cannot be taken so thought I would post here to see if anyone can shed some light.
I migrated from IB to ESA on the 11th April, my last IB payment was 9th April, well I got it the thurs before due to it being bank holiday.
Today I got a P45 from them which says I have to hand it to my new employer, it says date benefit ceased is 10th April and the last pay £99.95, its got a tax code 810L, there are 3 pages, 1 for me, a copy for my new employer and one for the employer to fill in.
I havent got a job, I havent got a new employer and Im worried now incase this means they have taken me off IB and assume I am now working, I havent had any ESA payments as the first is due on the 23rd April, is this a normal thing that everyone gets? Have they made a mistake in thinking I am working? Just thought I would ask if anyone has had the same thing happen

I got through to them in the end and was told it shouldn't have been sent as I've got another couple of year ESA left before I am reassessed and not to worry about it, he did say it was a common mistake at this time of year and especially if you have migrated from IB to ESA as it comes up on the computer that you have left IB so the computer automatically assumes you are no longer on benefits and will send out a P45.
BUT this is DWP we are talking about and are renowned for making mistakes so I will have to wait and see if my money goes in a week Monday.not all on benefits are scroungers and don't need to be bullied!0
