Holiday Home in France

Hi Folks,
We were wandering if you could help us.
We were thinking about buying a holiday family home in France that also has a potential to be rent out over peek weeks of summer and we have seen a few properties that interest us.
There would be about 10 adult family members who would want to purchase something in the region of £ 100 000. We would be looking to put down at least 25% deposit.
Is this even possible to do with the mortgages that you offer?
Any feedback or advice would be extremely appreciated.
The questions we are struggling with are: -
- How likely is it that you could rent out about a brand new refurshibushed rural converted barn for 5 weeks of the year.
- How much fees do agency take.
