And I just need to advise anyone reading this thread who may be unfamiliar with the forum and wondering what this is about, that the poster using the name "ppeterson1750" is actually the proprietor of a private parking company and has been so hard hit by the success of this Forum that he feels that his only recourse is to come here with threats and abuse in an effort to disrupt our work.

Please ignore everything he says on here, just as you would any letters which he sends you demanding money.

Hmmmm my previous post was deleted which only stated facts so I will just post them in a different - and of course factual - way:

PPCs usually do not try Court at all, and when they do, many defended cases are lost as we have shown on this forum several times.

UKCPS lost a case this week as we know, a case they tried very very hard to win:

And they were in the news for having to be 'reminded' to pay a 'charity'. Clicky.

And Excel are on Watchdog again next week (fact, it was mentioned tonight). About their signs which the BPA in its infinite wisdom says are OK but a judge has already found wanting (fact):

These are the sorts of companies that the BPA still allows to be members.

It's these companies that the Government have been daft enough to apparently give pseudo-statutory powers to under the Freedoms Act coming in later this year. And this is the so-called 'industry' that ppeterson is defending. I will draw my own conclusions who this poster is.

I thought so when a load of his posts disappeared, but he was still on this thread at 10.39; but cannot last much longer. If he crops up, don't answer him, report him.

Well it looks like Dolphin has got rid of the sharks -GOOD!

After the ECHO asked where the money had gone, UKCPS handed over the cash.


It said its contributions were up to date, but DM-UK – which had tried to contact the firm for months – has now decided to sever all ties with the company.
